Warranty
All RMP Products are warrantied for 90
days from date of purchase.
Warranty is limited to replacement of
defective parts only.
Defective part must be returned to RMP
for inspection.
All return shipping costs are the
responsibility of the customer.
Labor or any other monetary expense
regarding any part sold is the responsibility of
the customer
Clutch Cables returned with any signs of heat
damage will NOT be
covered under warranty.
Returns
20% Restocking fee on all returned parts.
No returns or refunds after 90 days.
No returns or refunds on electrical parts.
No returns or refunds on parts that have been
installed, attempted to be installed
or modified.
You must obtain RMA#, via e-mail, to return any part.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of
the customer.
All returns, reguardless or type, must include RMA#
and copy of original invoice.
Shipping
We ship all orders via UPS.
UPS will e-mail you tracking info, be
sure your e-mail address is correct.
Parts damaged during shipment are responsibilty
of carrier
Shortages and damaged items must be brought to
our attention within 7 days of you
receiving your order.
